Who's the team at The Artmarket Gallery?
Robert and Michelle Power breathed life into The Artmarket Gallery in 2013. It's a branch of Graphic Power Ltd, incorporated in 2002. We're a close-knit team of art enthusiasts and graphic designers. When it comes to packaging your orders, it's a personal touch from us because, just like you, we love art!

Do the artists sign the artwork?
If an artwork is signed, we'll let you know! Our limited edition pieces are signed and numbered. Just a heads up: posters typically aren't signed and are open editions, but there are exceptions.

Can I pop by your Cottingham gallery?
Absolutely! We'd love to welcome you to our contemporary gallery in the heart of Cottingham, East Yorkshire. Find our address and operating hours at the bottom of our website.

Do you do house calls?
Sure thing! We frequently visit clients to give art advice. Depending on the piece you're interested in, we can even arrange home viewings all over the UK.

Is art a good financial investment?
Art's value isn't just monetary—it's emotional, too. While some pieces can appreciate in value, purchasing what resonates with you is always good. If investment art is what you're after, give us a shout. We can discuss pieces from renowned artists such as David Hockney, David Shrigley, Banksy, Haring and Hirst.

Does The Artmarket Gallery deliver internationally?
Yes, we do! We cover most countries, with a few exceptions. If you're located somewhere we typically don't ship to, reach out. We're always up for finding a solution. More on our shipping policy? It's right here.

When can I expect my order?
Usually, we dispatch orders within five business days. During busy periods, like the festive season, it might stretch to 7 days. Customised or out-of-stock orders may take up to 30 days, but we'll keep you posted!

How will my order be shipped?
Primarily, we trust couriers like DHL and FedEx for global shipping—all trackable. Parcel Force is another option for small orders; those are trackable, too.

How do I keep tabs on my package?
Easy! You'll get an email and/or text message with a tracking link once it arrives.

What's the shipping duration?
In the UK, a day is all it usually takes from dispatch to delivery. For overseas, it varies, but we'll provide estimates based on the destination.

Not happy with the purchase?
No worries! If your return aligns with The Artmarket Gallery's policy, we've got you covered. Please find out about our return procedure here.

How soon will I see my refund?
After we receive and approve the returned item, your refund should reflect in about ten business days.

Received a damaged or incorrect piece?
Oh no! Apologies for that. Please write to us at gallery@artmarket.co.uk, and we'll do our utmost to set things right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
